Please initiate returns within 15 days from the purchase date. Ensure you have your original receipt available. Due to the high cost of shipping, we do not offer exchanges. Items must be unused and returned in the same new condition as when you purchased them to be eligible.

1. How to return an item

Use the Contact Us form to initiate your return and be sure to include the following information:
Full Name, Address, Phone, Email, and Invoice Number
List each item and the reason for the return.

We will contact you to authorize the return within 2-3 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error we made.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued back to your original form of payment. Please allow 10 days for the refund to process after we receive your return.

3. Restocking fees

Please be advised that a restocking fee of 20% may apply to returned items that are not found to be defective.

4. Defective items

If you suspect an item may be defective, use the Contact Us form to ask for assistance. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if the item is, in fact, defective.

5. Missing items

Please report any missing items from your order within 3 days of delivery so that we can promptly resolve the issue.
